How to Order with Your NDIS Plan Manager

3. Add Email & Participant's Details
Enter your email and the participant's shipping address
4. Add Shipping Method
Choose your preferred shipping method
5. Choose NDIS Plan Manager Claim
Select the "NDIS Plan Manager Claim" option, add details and save for future orders
6. Complete Your Order
Finalise the order, and you're done!

Self Managed
Payment is taken or an invoice can be issued.
If Self Managed, orders can be placed through the website and you can sign up to our customer portal to later access order history. Orders can also be emailed or phoned through to our Customer Care team.
Plan Managed
Invoices are issued to your Plan Manager.
For Plan Managed participants a Biller Authority Form must be completed to ensure transparency with funding and your Plan Manager.
NDIA Managed
Invoices are claimed by us through the NDIA Portal.
Platinum Health Supply can claim directly to the NDIA through the NDIA Portal with a completed Service Agreement Form.
